Subscription Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth and efficient cancellation process, please follow the guidelines below:
1. Cancellation Process

All subscription cancellations must be submitted through our official cancellation form at https://mintmed.com/pages/cancellation

Cancellation requests must be received at least 48 business hours before your next scheduled order processing date.

Cancellations received within 48 business hours of your processing date cannot be honored, and no refunds will be issued once processing has begun.
2. Initial Commitment Period

Some subscriptions include a prepaid plan for 3, 6 or 12 months.

If you cancel before completing the prepaid term, you will be required to pay the difference between the promotional and full price to cover the balance.
3. Important Notes

No Refunds or Cancellations After Processing: Once a prescription has been processed, it is considered final and cannot be refunded or canceled.

Cancellation Timing: Requests made within 48 business hours of your next order processing date cannot be processed.

FDA Regulations Prohibit Returns:
Due to FDA regulations, we cannot accept returns of any medications — and neither can any of our licensed partner pharmacies — once a patient-specific prescription has been dispensed and shipped. This is to ensure patient safety and compliance with federal guidelines.
Refund Policy
1. Consultation Fees

Once a patient has been seen by a licensed provider, consultation fees are non-refundable, unless the provider determines that the patient is medically ineligible for treatment.
2. Order Processing

Refunds cannot be issued once an order has been processed, regardless of whether it has shipped.

This includes medication orders, as no returns can be accepted once a prescription has been filled and dispensed.
