- This helps us determine if you’re eligible for treatment.
- If any answers disqualify you, the form will notify you immediately.
- If you're eligible, you'll be directed to view treatment options and select your preferred treatment plan.
Step 2: Submit Your Order
- After selecting your plan, proceed to checkout.
- Once your order is placed, you’ll receive your New Patient Intake Forms via email.
- Please complete them promptly to avoid delays.
- You'll also receive an invitation to join our secure patient portal, where you can message your provider or Care Team 24/7.
Step 3: Provider Review
- A licensed Mint Med provider will review your intake within 6 business hours.
- If appropriate, they will send your prescription to one of our trusted partner pharmacies.
- If any questions come up during review, your provider will reach out to you directly.
- If you are not eligible for treatment, you will be fully refunded immediately.
Step 4: Receive Your Medication
- If prescribed, your medication and supplies will be delivered to your door within 5–7 business days.

Is my information secure during telehealth consultations?
Yes, all telehealth visits are conducted using HIPAA-compliant platforms to ensure your personal and medical information remains confidential.
How quickly will I receive my medication after the consultation?
Most orders ship within 2–5 business days, and you’ll receive tracking information as soon as your medication is on its way.
What happens if I’m not eligible for a treatment?
If a licensed provider determines that a treatment isn’t appropriate for you based on your health history or goals, you won’t be charged. In some cases, your provider may recommend alternative options or next steps to better support your needs.
What if I have questions before starting treatment?
We’re here to help. If you have any questions before or after completing your health intake, our support team is available at help@mintmed.com to provide information about the process, next steps, and general guidance. Once your intake is reviewed, your provider will also include personalized notes and instructions with your treatment plan.
