💳 Step 1: Sign up
Once you submit your order, you will receive a welcome email detailing our program! If you are NOT eligible for ANY reason, you will receive a 100% refund immediately.
📋 Step 2: Complete Your Intake Forms
Please complete your New Patient Intake Forms as soon as possible — you'll find the secure link in your welcome email.
Your provider cannot begin reviewing your case until these forms are submitted.
💡 Tip: Be sure to check your spam or junk folder for the email if you don’t see it right away.
👩⚕️ Step 3: Provider Review
Once your intake is received, a licensed Mint Med provider will review your information within 6 business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM EST).
- ✅ If approved, your prescription will be sent to our pharmacy partner
- ❌ If not approved, your order will be canceled and you will be refunded.
📩 Step 4: Join the Patient Portal
After submitting your intake forms, you'll receive a secure email invitation from Elation Health to activate your Mint Med Patient Portal.
Through the portal, you can message your provider, ask questions, view prescriptions, and manage your care 24/7.
📦 Step 5: Medication Ships
If your prescription is approved, it will be processed by our pharmacy partner and typically shipped within 5–7 business days — often sooner.
Tracking details will be sent to you as soon as your order ships.
