My Health My Data Privacy Policy

This notice supplements the Privacy Policy of Glow Medispa, LLC dba Mint Med (“Mint Med,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and applies to personal data defined as “consumer health data” under the Washington State My Health My Data Act (MHMD).

Appeals
If we deny your request under MHMD, you may submit an appeal by emailing help@mintmed.com with the subject line “MHMD Appeal” and include the details of your original request and the denial response.

Complaints
If you feel that your privacy has been violated and need to report a complaint please notify Glow Medspa or the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. We will not retaliate against you for filling a compliant.
