1. Program Description

Mint Med offers a mobile messaging program that provides updates, reminders (including abandoned cart reminders), promotional offers, and other marketing communications via SMS. Messages may be sent using an automated system.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary. You may receive multiple messages per week depending on your interactions, purchases, and preferences.

3. Opt-In & Consent

By providing your mobile number at checkout, via a form, or through any interaction on our website where you expressly opt in, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional SMS messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

4. Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will confirm your opt-out via SMS. To rejoin, opt in again through one of our forms or platforms.

7. Carrier Responsibility

Participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Eligibility

This program is intended for individuals aged 18 and over. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or have the account holder’s permission and that all information provided is accurate.

10. Changes to Program

We may revise these Mobile Terms of Service at any time. Continued participation in the messaging program after any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

11. Limitation of Liability

Mint Med will not be liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of SMS messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network provider and is beyond our control.
