2. Provider Review & Evaluation
A licensed provider will review your intake and determine if treatment is appropriate.
- In states that require a live video or audio consultation, you’ll be prompted to schedule an online visit at your convenience.
- In states that allow asynchronous care, your provider will review your chart and send a personalized treatment recommendation straight to your secure patient chat inbox.
3. Treatment Shipped to You
If your provider determines a prescription is right for you, it will be sent to one of our partner U.S state licensed pharmacies. Your treatment will arrive in discreet packaging, delivered directly to your home.
It’s that simple—care on your terms, without the waiting room.
How long does it take to receive my treatment?
After your provider reviews and approves your treatment plan, your prescription is processed within 24–48 business hours. Shipping typically takes 2–5 business days, and you’ll receive tracking information as soon as it's on the way.
What medications do your doctors prescribe?
Our affiliated healthcare providers may prescribe both FDA-approved and compounded medications, depending on clinical appropriateness. Additional therapies may include peptides and medications designed to support metabolism, recovery, or performance, based on your health goals and medical evaluation.

Do I have to pay before I’m approved?
No. Your card is authorized at checkout, but you won’t be charged unless a licensed provider reviews your intake and approves you for treatment. If you’re not approved, the authorization is released and no payment is processed.
